U15 to U18 Summer Soccer Program


U15 to U18 Summer Program (Players born 2004 to 2008)

Development Emphasis: Game awareness, individual skill development and athleticism within a competitive league environment.

Genders: Separate female and male teams.

Season Length: 16-20 weeks (1st two weeks are tryouts) from late April to early September depending on the team.

Game Day: (Game days are subject to change)

Monday - U15 Boys Div 1

Tuesday - U15 Girls Div 1; U18 Boys and Girls Premier

Wednesday - U18 Girls Div 1

Thursday - U15 Boys & Girls Premier; U18 Boys Div 1

Team practices to be determined by each team at beginning of season.

Leadership: Each team has a head coach and manager as well as possibly assistant coaches and/or a trainer. The Club provides both administrative and technical support to teams through the Club Manager and Technical Director.

Overview: Tryouts in late April/early May lead to placement on a Div 1 or Div 2 team. That team practices at least once per week and plays once per week throughout June, July and early August. Games would take place in Cornwall as well as various locations across PEI. In mid to late August, playoffs occur at each age and division level with championship games usually taking place the last weekend of August or first weekend of September.

Provided: Jersey.

Requirements: Purchase and wear Club shorts and socks (alternatively purchase your own black shorts and socks). Shinguards covered by soccer socks. Cleats. No jewelry or wearable devices (with the exception of medical). Bring a personalized water bottle that is not to be shared with other players.
