These pre-made sessions plans follow the GAG (game-activity-game) format. Therefore, they focus more on using small-sided games and use drills less. Games are great because they make players focus on both their attacking and defending play, not just one or the other. These session plans are designed following a theme of either dribbling, passing or shooting and that theme runs throughout the entire plan. Learn more about the the GAG format by watching this webinar from Ontario Soccer.
